Resumen
The objective of the project was the design of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the association (medium-sized company) ABC Prodein, under the parameters established by the Single Regulatory Decree of the Labor Sector 1072 of 2015. For the diagnosis of health conditions, a morbidity survey was performed in 48 workers of the two work centers; Likewise, the hazards were identified and the risks were assessed through the methodology defined by the GTC45 in 6 jobs. Once identified the risks were hierarchized by an analysis of factors such as frequency, severity, solvency, stability, modifiability and resources; With the application of the ZOOP methodology, the solution alternatives were evaluated for the possible worst consequences previously identified; At the same time, the monitoring and follow-up plan was designed, including the indicators required by the current legal framework and others required for the adequate follow-up of the proposed Occupational Safety and Health Management System. Finally, the feasibility and feasibility of its implementation were evaluated through the application of the cost-benefit methodology. According to the prioritization of problems found, the most likely dangers of occurrence are those of psychosocial and biomechanical origin in teachers, secretaries and administrative staff, for which the following intervention measures were proposed and evaluated as: Strengthening active pauses program, Use of anti-stress balls, assertive communication and physical strengthening of the speech apparatus. The intervention measures proposed to prevent and / or avoid work-related illnesses and / or accidents generate a monthly cost of $ 479,250 equivalent to 0.64 monthly minimum legal wages in force, avoiding costs that may amount to $ 9'147,680, So the cost-benefit ratio at the time of implementing the proposed intervention measures is positive for the association and according to the will expressed by top management is feasible its implementation.
