Resumen
In this project, an analysis is carried out of the different processes and heat treatments of various steels with respect to the intercritical temperatures of the degree projects of the district university. This implies the influence of the intercritical temperatures of the studies carried out, thus being a compilation and source of information on the benefits and applications of said studies. For the analysis of these studies, the application of intercritical temperatures was defined regardless of the processes or thermal treatments involved, such as: tempering, carburizing, quenching and cryogenic treatment, in addition to their applications such as: resistance to corrosion. fatigue, abrasive and erosive wear resistance, impact resistance, tensile strength, corrosion resistance and tensile strength. Also regardless of characteristics such as: hardness, stress-strain diagrams, roughness, percentage of carbon and grain size among others. The use and implementation of different steels provides a great variety of results and with the different processes, techniques and heat treatments, a wide range of results can be seen with intercritical temperatures. This study aims to contribute and expand the knowledge regarding the behavior and influence against intercritical temperatures of different steels and different heat treatment processes, where the development of the project will be carried out with a certain amount of studies carried out at the Francisco Jose de District University. Caldas. Since so far there is no reference to having used this collection method in the face of intercritical temperatures in university research.
