Plan de mantenimiento para motores a gas jenbacher linez J320 hasta el overhaul

Abstract

Rempower, a company dedicated to power generation, needs for its daily operations the creation of a preventive maintenance plan for the Jenbacher J320 engines, which require a certain time of operation. Creating a maintenance plan in this company is important because it will allow to keep a specific control of the state of the Jenbacher J320 engines to comply with the operation times that this machine must perform. Likewise, this will help to reduce expenses in the preventive maintenance of the equipment caused by bad practices in this type of procedures. Finally, this project will be developed in three phases in order to comply with the construction of the maintenance plan that will allow the traceability of the operation of each engine and the control of the life cycle of the machine that will allow an optimal operation of the engine.
