Resumen
The main purpose of this monograph is to make visible the process that has been built around queer theory and how it emerges as an opportunity to focus as a pedagogical proposal from a diverse and integrative perspective. Queer theory has come to play an important role in the discussion of sexualities, genders, bodies, races and social classes from a critical perspective that questions how these categories have been constituted under patriarchal logics, which have generated contexts of violence and discrimination that have been perpetuated in the educational system and therefore the importance of how to address this problem and propose new ways of conceiving pedagogy and the world. Therefore, an analysis of the positions that have been built against queer theory in Latin America is carried out and a pedagogical proposal is created that is implemented to a group of young people in order to identify the potentialities of queer theory in educational spaces in the Colombian context and at the same time to identify the needs that today the educational system in Colombia has put in evidence around the diversity of gender, sexual dissidence and the body in those spaces.
