Resumen
In Colombia there have been 2745 events with loss of containment of hydrocarbons and their derivatives, causing the spill of 3.7 million barrels of oil in between which, in their majority, were caused by third parties, this includes terrorist attacks and the installation of illegal valves, causing a series of environmental impacts that affect the abiotic, biotic and socioeconomic environments that cause an imbalance in the soil resource of the affected area. However, the soil resource provides the human being with a set of elements that guarantee the satisfaction of basic needs, through the development of different activities of anthropogenic origin such as livestock, agriculture, extraction of raw materials, transportation, among others. As described above, the events of loss of hydrocarbon containment negatively impact the soil resource, directly affecting not only the human being, but also the group of beings present in the affected area; this is why, in this study, it is intended to select from a set of soil remediation alternatives the most appropriate to mitigate and correct the impact of an event produced in a priority area under selection criteria, by developing and implementing the 5 methodological design phases described below.
