Abstract

The purpose of this degree work was to exercise, support and apply the knowledge acquired during the study time, for the design of hydrosanitary networks, gas and fire protection systems in the company Proyectar S.A.S to carry out the internship to opt for the title as a civil construction technologist from the Francisco José de Caldas District University. The real estate project supplied by the company was "Edificio Cabernet" in which the preparation of plans, calculation reports, specifications and quantities of work was carried out. It is important to mention that for the development of the internship it was necessary to carry out the bibliographic consultation, the applicable regulations in the project and complement the knowledge in office management, also the Autocad program and of course keep in mind the strengthening of the knowledge acquired.
