Resumen
This project aims to solve administrative problems which own the shoe company Sport Maher S.A.S. through the design of a strategic management plan. Sport shoe company Maher is located in the Restrepo neighborhood in the town of Antonio Nariño in Bogotá, is a company in charge of designing shoes for men, women and children for distribution to different sectors within and outside the city. According to the proposed study design, the first phase of the document is based on environment analysis and strategic analysis. Information regarding the company, analysis of information collected in visits to the sector by identifying opportunities and threats in the company. In the second phase we proceed to the stage of strategic assessment where it proceeds to the DAFO analysis and CAME analysis for the company and a respective strategies analysis is done and the third phase is analyzed results where performed organizational design and an action plan to carry out the conclusions of all the work done, just as researching about the competition is a key point in time for a strategic plan of management that is the main skills and strategies they have carried out, considering thus a respective analysis of existing clientele for sport Maher S.A.S and continue keeping and increasing.
