Comprehensive training in higher education institutions should not only focus on seeking and strengthening academic excellence, but it should also consider complementary aspects that contribute to the human development of those who make up the academic community. For this reason, universities, through institutional programs and/or plans, aim to promote training support activities such as those related to health, culture, sports and/or economic support. Given the need to evaluate the quality of the services provided by university well-being and identify opportunities for improvement in them, the objective of this research work is to propose a model that allows measuring the impact of the culture and sports programs offered. by Institutional Welfare of the Francisco José de Caldas District University to the students of the Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources. Now, for its development four phases were carried out; Firstly, a systematic literature review was carried out to contextualize the thematic axes of the work; Secondly, the key variables were defined, and the design of the impact measurement model was developed; Afterwards, the instrument was built and applied for the validation of the built model and collection of information; Finally, the results were obtained and analyzed. After what was mentioned above, the conclusions specify which variables influence or have an impact on university students and, additionally, propose improvement proposals that allow aligning institutional well-being programs with the students' expectations
