Resumen
Faced with the challenges that are presented every day in the maintenance of networks in the stage of distribution of electric power, the network operator in the city of Bogotá and municipalities of Cundinamarca Codensa S.A. ESP; has initiated the implementation of administrative models and innovation proposals that include the incorporation of technologies used in other sectors of the electrical industry. As well as reinforcement in the use of equipment that is part of the operation with the objective of speeding up the interventions in the infrastructure and remodeling it, optimizing the activities in the field and fulfilling expectations regarding the Colombian legislation established by the CREG. Currently in the execution of scheduled works to advance investment projects and improvements through preventive maintenance (winds and comets) and corrective maintenance (damage to infrastructure and networks due to degradation of material, animals, third parties, etc.), it has become a challenge to comply fully with the regulation established in resolution CREG 015-2018; This resolution defines the current scheme for measuring and monitoring quality in the energy service, meeting the new energy demands nationally and internationally, which seek to affect customers as little as possible. The SAIDI indicator is the one that measures this affectation. For the development of the internship the electric generator set was used in BT, Jack jumper and Big Jumper, technologies that will be implemented in the maintenance and investment projects executed in programmed works in the MT-BT BT-Sur Operational Unit. Part of the operational activities that impact the cited indicators and that seek to be eliminated or mitigated with the applied study technologies are: The change of dual fuses in aerial transformers, since this activity requires the de-energization of the transformer to carry out the respective replacement. The change of structures, posts and conductor sections of the medium voltage and low voltage circuits, in which transformers are affected indirectly since there are no alternatives to keep them energized. From the analysis carried out in this project, four results were obtained: the first one establishes a methodology for the adequate planning of works programmed in the field where the technical criteria for their use are established, in the second one it determines the savings that the indicator of SAIDI quality with the use of these equipments, the third one determines the measurement of energy delivered and invoiced by the client and finally a technical and economic evaluation of the implementation of these technologies in the maintenance of medium voltage networks.
