Identificación de los factores de riesgo psicosocial y nivel de estrés en los trabajadores de una empresa del sector de la confección

Abstract

In this investigation a study is carried out inherent to the working conditions in the work environment of the employees of the garment company in the city of Bogotá, a company dedicated to the manufacture of men's sweaters, in order to identify the psychosocial risk factors, using the battery application designed and validated through the Ministry of Labor (2010) called Battery for the evaluation of psychosocial risk, seeking to distinguish factors and stress levels of these workers, based on a descriptive correlational methodology. According to the analysis of the resulting variables, it was evidenced that 42% of the workers manage high and very high levels of stress, indicating that this index correlates more with the intra-labor risk factor with a percentage of 59% of the population evaluated; Thanks to the results of the different levels of risk, different intervention activities are sought in order to strengthen the prevention and reduction of these levels found during the present investigation.
