Resumen
The present work was based on the creation of a standardization model for the processes of raising, raising, fattening and slaughtering rainbow trout in the company Francisco Cabrera EU in the town of Usme, this in order to reduce the problems for some years during the production processes. To see in detail the different disadvantages, we resorted to some techniques for collecting information, as it was: detailed observations of all the activities carried out on the farm, analysis of records generated during the procedures that are handled and, finally, conversations that allowed us to know the contours of the organization. For the elaboration of the standardization proposal, the ISO 9001: 2015 standard was used, which deals with the simplification of the processes, as well as the documentary creation of each process that takes place in the trout farm, besides the application of different tools who intend to help control the activities of the company. In this way they want to reduce some problems.
