This report presents the results of a consultation and information analysis project aimed at standardizing and automating the management of the Inspection, Surveillance and Control process carried out by the Air Navigation Inspectors (ANI) of the Directorate of Air Navigation Services Authority (DASNA). The first step is to document the activity of the Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP) of the Air Traffic Service (ATS), Instrument Flight Procedure Design Service (IFPDS), Aeronautical Mapping Service (MAP) and Search and Rescue Service (SAR), establishing the function or purpose of each service, their objectives, their products and the possible nature of their products, in order to establish the differences in the type of product delivered by each provider. Subsequently, the Authority is studied from each of the aforementioned units, the activities carried out in the inspections and the products generated from them, in addition to the evaluation of their methodological processes and products generated in each inspection of the Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP). Next, the transfer of the information from the flat files to the application is documented, taking into account the observations of the inspectors on the particularities of each of their checklists for their respective units to be inspected. In the same way, the connection between Esri applications, allowing the visualization of the information consigned in each intelligent form through the control panel.
Finally, it is shown in a general way how was the step by step treatment of the information of the DASNA inspections, the collection of the information, the study of the roles involved in the inspections and the very objective of the internship, the automation of the collection and sampling of the information of the inspections. This work is based on the bibliographic review of the different manuals, regulations and formats handled by the Aerocivil for its correct operation, specifically those that refer to the ANSP and the DASNA, information supported and complemented by different interviews made to the Air Navigation Inspectors (ANI).
