| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia acerca de la venta del gran solar del antiguo convento de Capuchinos, valuado en dos mil trescientos dieciséis pesos. El solar mide 126 varas de largo por 124 de ancho, incluye un alfalfal de buena calidad y suficiente riego, todo cercado con tapias bien construidas. La venta se realizará en pública almoneda el 21 del presente mes en el juzgado de hacienda, motivada por la necesidad del colegio de la Merced de fondos para reformas y reparos del edificio. El comprador debe pagar al menos dos terceras partes del precio de contado, pudiendo pagar el resto a plazos con un interés anual del cinco por ciento. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about the sale of the large plot of land of the old Capuchin convent, valued at two thousand three hundred and sixteen pesos. The plot measures 126 yards long by 124 yards wide, includes good quality alfalfal and sufficient irrigation, all fenced with well-constructed walls. The sale will be held in public auction on the 21st of this month in the treasury court, motivated by the need of the Merced school for funds for renovations and repairs of the building. The buyer must pay at least two-thirds of the price in cash, and may pay the rest in installments with an annual interest of five percent.
