Implementación de los procesos catastrales enfocada en la adopción e interiorización del catastro multipropósito en el municipio de Arauquita

Abstract

In Colombia, the importance of having a duly updated cadastre of the municipalities is of paramount importance, growing with the Sustainable Development Goals and the multipurpose cadastre. The degree project presented was developed based on the municipality of Arauquita, which sought to carry out a focused study in line with the proposed objectives, in order to strengthen the current information of the municipality. Through the joint action of the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute (IGAC), of the Francisco José de Caldas District University and other institutions according to the purpose of achieve the strengthening and implementation of the multipurpose cadastre approach in the processes carried out in the municipality of Arauquita by the Subdirectorate of Projects of the Cadastral management direction of the IGAC; from the information and the different types of diagnosis, purification and analysis will increase the efficiency in the work of the entity, reducing the time spent when consulting the cadastral information and supporting in making corrective decisions regarding inconsistencies in said information. Likewise, it is directly involved with the management and adaptation of the information of the cadastral update that allows to know who belongs to what and in this way solve the problem of the outdated cadastral of Arauquita, thus providing legal certainty and generate adequate planning, management and management of the land. Additionally, there is acquisition of knowledge, experience and professional growth; In this way, a mutually beneficial relationship is established at the inter-institutional level, academic and professional where a scenario of collaboration and support is promoted in the cadastral themes advanced by the IGAC, as well as giving way to a vision of the field employment, as well as support and advice from the entity.
