Resumen
One of the great deficiencies of the educational programs and the training of boys and girls is the lack of practice of physical activity at school and in extracurricular spaces, from there it is proposed to carry out experiences with a group of boys and girls oriented to physical activity and psychomotor development. With the aim of revealing the contributions of physical activity in the psychomotor development of kindergarten grade boys and girls. The research starts from the theoretical contribution in which recreational spaces are essential to promote the habit of physical activity, as established by the WHO recommendation (2010). The type of research is of a qualitative nature with an interpretive approach with the methodology of systematization of experiences and information collection instruments such as workshops, participant observation recorded in the field diary and finally the semi-structured interviews that from these allow to carry out an analysis, interpretation and find findings to arrive at the results. It was evidenced that promoting through experiences the practice of physical activity increases agility, adaptation, orientation, rhythm, balance, coordination and in general the motor skills that allow harmonic movements, the proper management of their body scheme and application of their basic patterns of movement in everyday situations of kindergarten grade boys and girls, making a significant contribution to their psychomotor development. From socio-emotional skills such as: self-confidence, emotion management, respect for peers and teachers in the proposed activities.
