Resumen
The main objective of this project was to design the program of epidemiological surveillance for the control of chemical and biological risks for the thanatology laboratory of the Central Cooperative of Funeral Services - Coopserfun -, since it lacks a program for the control of these risks in East. Based on the elaboration of a diagnosis, identification, assessment and prioritization of the hazards and risks under the Biogaval and GTC-45 methodology for biological risk and chemical risk respectively, a series of strategies were formulated to minimize and control them, in order to improve the quality of life of the exposed collaborators, these strategies were selected through the ZOPP methodology described by Helming and Göbel, 1998. Additionally the feasibility and viability of the implementation of the object program was analyzed, which generates a benefit to Coopserfun contributing to avoid damages on the health of employees and saving costs by reducing or avoiding the occurrence of accidents or diseases of work origin. As a result of this research, the design of the epidemiological surveillance program for the control of chemical and biological risks in the thanatology laboratory was elaborated contemplating the mechanisms and tools for the control, monitoring and follow-up of these present risks. With all the research carried out, the design of the epidemiological surveillance program for the control of chemical and biological risks in the thanatology laboratory was elaborated contemplating the mechanisms and tools for the control, monitoring and follow - up of these present risks. In addition to the research carried out, Coopserfun's commitment to the well-being of its collaborators is evidenced by the contribution of the resources for the development of its work, as well as compliance with the standards regarding the documentation of the procedures and protocols to be account in the process.
