Resumen
The present degree work, whose objective was to execute in a formal and structured way, the human talent management processes within the organization McDonald's Calle 125, began with a diagnosis of what were the main opportunities at the planning and execution level in areas such as the recruitment, selection, training, motivation and retention of human talent. Once the diagnosis was made, it was possible to establish follow-up routines, based on action plans that allowed to improve and make sustainable over time, the performance of these human management processes already mentioned, which allowed month by month to make a traceability of the main findings and achievements of the work and where it was possible to see how the score card of the department began to report indicators in compliance and consistency in processes and procedures; After 3 months of intense work, the greatest achievement was to see how the profitability of the business improved in expense lines where it had not happened before and that thanks to this contribution in the improvement of human management processes we generated better numbers for the company; Its evaluation was to see how the proposed score card was delivered in compliance during each month of work performed.
