Actualización cartográfica y catastral (física y jurídica) de los 54 bienes inmuebles del aeropuerto de Tolú en la unidad administrativa Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia

Abstract

The Civil Aeronautics - Real Estate Administration Group is responsible for maintaining a database of information on the properties acquired over the years. This consists of maintaining a database with legal, cadastral, and topographic information. Currently, there is no updated information on the properties in all the aspects mentioned above. The main objective of the internship is to update the cartographic, legal, and cadastral information. This will be carried out through the following result projection. In the cartographic area, the cartographic update will be performed and placed in the National Origin projection system, as requested by IGAC Resolution 370 of 2021. In the legal area, the database will be created with the information currently contained in the archive, such as the deeds. Finally, at the cadastral level, the database management and juxtaposition of plans will be used to verify the cadastral records and property registrations for each property using ArcGIS Pro.
