Análisis de la información alfanumérica y cartográfica perteneciente a la UAECD producida por la actualización catastral vigencia 2018, de conformidad con el Plan de Auditoria Distrital (PAD 2018) de la Contraloría de Bogotá

Abstract

This project was made to provide technical support for the audit that was done to the UAECD, where the intention was to analyze the alphanumeric and cartographic information of the UAECD and to show the existence of errors or inconsistencies in that information; in accordance with the range of maximum errors allowed by the cadastral update manual about the area of land, in this way it was tried to compare the databases in such a way that the findings were the product and objective of the project, to be able to establish if it is or not relevant for the cadastral appraisal and therefore for the taxation of the property tax or on the other hand that these findings will be part of an improvement plan for the subsequent cadastral updates that the UAECD will make in Bogotá D.C.
