Resumen
Within the elaboration of the plan of ornamentation and beautification of the municipalities, it is necessary to carry out the forest inventory of the arboreal and shrubby people that are in the green areas of the public space of the urban area, to have knowledge of what the municipality has , and from this beginning, the elaboration of an ornamental plan. This document shows the results obtained from the forest inventory of tree and shrub species that are part of the municipal ornamentation of Restrepo in the department of Meta, and the different aspects evaluated in each individual of the census, such as floristic diversity, dendrometric characteristics and electrical, structural and people risks.

Dentro de la elaboración del plan de ornato y embellecimiento de los municipios, es necesario la realización del inventario forestal de los individuos arbóreos y arbustivos que se encuentran en las zonas verdes del espacio público del casco urbano, para tener conocimiento de con que cuenta el municipio y partir de esto iniciar la elaboración de dicho plan de ornato. El presente documento muestra los resultados obtenidos del inventario forestal de especies arbóreas y arbustivas que hacen parte del ornato municipal de Restrepo en el departamento del Meta, y los diferentes aspectos evaluados en cada individuo censado, tales como diversidad florística, rasgos dendrométricos y riesgos a nivel eléctrico, estructural y a personas.
