Actualización del sistema de almacenamiento de los reactivos ubicados en refrigeradores, congeladores y ultra-congeladores del laboratorio de Fisiología Molecular de la Dirección de Investigación en Salud pública del Instituto Nacional de Salud.

Abstract

The following project focused on the creation of a storage system for stored reagents at temperatures below 8 ° C in order to continue preserving and improving the quality levels of the products developed in the Laboratory of Molecular Physiology of the National Institute of Health, the proposed methodology was developed with four stages. In the first stage, the information recorded in the refrigerated reagent inventory system was compared with that observed at the site. Then, with the purpose of facilitating the operations of strategic re-location of the stored reagents, it was carried out in parallel and according to available space to carry out the cleaning and adaptation of the refrigerators, refrigerators and ultra-freezers of the laboratory. At the time it was culminated with the updated inventory system, a third classification was made of the reagents found in the different refrigerators, freezers and ultra-freezers. Some parameters that were taken into account are the temperature, the function of the reagent, the size of the container and the number of units. Finally, the re-distribution of the reagents was executed and the database of the updated storage system for refrigerated and frozen reagents was delivered.
