Resumen
The Institutional Coexistence Project of the Mercedes Nariño High School, has been done using playful pedagogical strategies with the purpose of managing and solving everyday problematic situations, inside and outside the classroom; hence, the “Dream Log” program was implemented as a significant tool to achieve the objective proposed, through negotiating instances recreated in the construction of physical structures called Malocas that will provide the educational community with the necessary means to empower themselves and develop their capacities in the search for solutions to the conflict indeed. The program “Dream Log” works taking into account analysis of experiences and semistructured interviews; that will compile the necessary information to know and make adjustments that guarantee the optimal development and result in the adequate and permanent management of the social relationships that contribute to the students to learn how to live living together; Log of Dreams logo. With the strengthening of interpersonal relationships, the school Liceo Femenino is leading itself to be an example within the national framework in the resignification of conflict situations.
