Resumen
This document develops a project focused mainly on the adaptation of a model of commercialization and production of basic necessities and family basket in general, in a city in the south of Bogotá, incorporating characteristics of "Discount Supermarket", which seeks offer variety and quality in the products with the greatest impact on the market, benefiting the end customer, through efficient and innovative processes that reduce costs and thus transmit these benefits to the final price. This approach to the economic benefit of the end customer, together with strategic alliances with suppliers, allow to form a supermarket model with efficient processes and that in recent years has developed rapidly both internationally and nationally, due to the fact that in the globalized world and the high competitiveness of these products and services, consumers become more demanding every day, demanding not only low prices of the products, but also the quality and variety, in addition to the attention and experience in the purchase, this added to the great immigration that we live in Colombia and specifically in Bogotá, which makes the demand for these products have a positive trend behavior, which allows this type of business models to grow rapidly and be dynamic with the needs of customers.
