Resumen
This work presents the development of a teaching internship at the Vida y Arte Foundation in Bogotá, focusing on teaching electric guitar, ear training, and music theory. It emerged as a way to give back to the institution where the author began his artistic training and combines early work experience with the knowledge acquired during his university music degree at the ASAB Faculty of Arts. The pedagogical proposal includes individual and group classes, musical ensembles, the use of both practical and virtual teaching materials, and the creation of audiovisual content in tutorial format. In addition to strengthening the author's teaching skills, the internship allows for the design and implementation of a flexible training program tailored to each student's progress, including technological tools to optimize teaching. The project seeks to answer the question of which methodologies and activities enable adequate musical development, while simultaneously enhancing the role of the teacher as a transformative agent.
