Análisis de la Gestión de Residuos Peligrosos Generados en el Laboratorio de Control de Calidad en Eurofarma Colombia Sas

Abstract

This project is carried out with the aim to improve risk management in the quality control laboratory in Colombia SAS Eurofarma by analyzing hazardous waste generated. Since the decrease in the production of hazardous waste by multinational companies and certainly is a public health issue, in which Colombian laws are becoming more stringent. To fulfill the objective that directs this project, the following activities: 1) Review management reports Eurofarma Colombia SAS. 2) Admission to the laboratory facilities of quality control to make some observations on the current situation. 3) Based on the information collected to perform the matrices: MEFE, MEFI and SWOT. 4) Establish compliance with environmental standards in Colombia. 5) To define the social responsibility of the REPEL Eurofarma. 6) Build the proposal to improve the management of hazardous waste generated in the laboratory quality control in Eurofarma Colombia SAS. The development of this project is to take place in 6 months, with a descriptive-analytic research approach. The final document will be built by three chapters, the first of characterization where a presentation of the company where the project is developed, which in this case is Eurofarma, and problematisation in which the approach and rationale for the project is included ago with their objectives, frameworks and methodological framework. The second chapter will present the results after the development of research, these will be presented in line with the variables presented in the theoretical framework and a third chapter consists of the analysis of the results and conclusions.
