Abstract

During the arrival of covid-19 in Colombia, a series of challenges arose in all aspects of human development, among them connectivity and the way of working and studying, for people who geographically did not have a location to count on. with the type of high-quality fiber and internet that would allow them to carry out their tasks adequately, in the town of Bosa in the City of Bogotá, specifically in the Bosa El Recreo neighborhood, this investigation is carried out based on the mandatory quarantine generated by the pandemic in the first two semesters of 2020, where we will seek to see what were the processes to be carried out by students and workers in the home office and study office area, with the internet structure that was available for that moment.
