Resumen
This proposal is developed with the aim of promoting environmental care within the small company "Asadero Restaurante Los Ocarros W" and its collaborators, proposing actions that will reduce the negative effects of the restaurant, which is dedicated to the expense of prepared food, as the main menu grilled meats and drinks at the table, also catering for events. The formulation of the Environmental Management Plan is carried out for this establishment, this proposal is developed for a diagnosis where the current situation of the organization is identified, compiling environmental aspects and impacts and carrying out their respective analysis, followed by the design of the files of the environmental management plan proposing possible environmental measures that are adapted to the needs, a based on this, the costs and benefits of the plan will be estimated since it is desired to implement, finally the Environmental Management Plan is shared with the establishment's collaborators.
