Actualización del plan de manejo ambiental en el humedal Neuta del municipio de Soacha - Cundinamarca

Abstract

This degree work addresses the updating of the Environmental Management Plan (PMA) for the Neuta wetland located in the municipality of Soacha. With the purpose of identifying and minimizing environmental impacts as a result of activities in the Neuta wetland. With the information obtained from primary and secondary sources, information was collected and organized to identify current problems within the study space and around it; A technical, environmental and operational diagnosis was developed that contributes to the analysis of the current state of the wetland. Based on the development of a matrix of environmental aspects and impacts, the different environmental impacts generated by the activities carried out in the wetland were identified and assessed. In addition, the quality of the water was determined that allows evaluating the water conditions in the Neuta wetland to propose solutions that serve when making decisions focused on solving prioritized problems, which affect the conservation and use of this ecosystem. Plans and programs were formulated that aim to mitigate impacts through prevention, correction, mitigation, compensation and protection measures.
