The collectibles of series, characters orfictionalstories, have been present in everyday life for many people for a long time, in North America, a similar format called “comic”; arises, where Thomas Rowlandson is considered the inventor of the comic in 1809. Rowlandson publishes “The Travels of Doctor Syntax”, perhaps the first serial adventure in history to have resonance, years later in 1814 with which the Manga was born, when Hokusai Katsushika made his series of sketch drawings of life scenes Every day, this new art was called “whimsical drawings” or “manga” in Japanese. The objective of this documentis to design a business plan for a virtualstore called Pandai Center, which will focus on the commercialization of marketing products (collectibles) of series, books, films, among others, both of culture eastern (manga) and western (comic); focused on people between the ages of 13 and 40, who seek to purchase items that belong to or refer to a manga or comic. To achieve this objective, an electronic marketing strategy will be used through the use of social networks. In the development of theproject, a competitiveadvantage was evidenced by implementing e-commerce processes and another series of low-cost and wide-ranging technological tools, in order to cover a large number of customers, offering authentic and quality products, ensuring that each purchase is a personalized experience for customersby providingtraceability and a guarantee on each item purchased.
