Abstract

In the development of a construction is necessary to be aware of the processes that take place every day, this being essential to the fulfillment of times planned at the start of the project. To this must take into account several important points in the development of a construction such as personnel management, materials control, process control, since these depend on the good performance of the building in its life. This report is to present the contributions made to the company EDH Building, during the course of the internship, with the participation of the trainee in active projects, mainly in the "Castellana Local" project which acted as assistant resident working. Emphasis on management and control work is done because it was the main activity in which the student participated, this document is a compilation and analysis of the tasks performed at the time of the internship.
