Abstract

The project for the titling of the La Playa neighborhood starts as a mission initiative of the Caja de Vivienda Popular at the head of the Urbanization and Titling Department, in order to reduce the informality rate in Bogotá and mainly to provide the owners of the land ownership title, to begin with the verification of the cartographic and alphanumeric bases with which the process was going to be carried out, it was verified with the layers of effects of the IDU, Acueducto, Codensa, IDIGER, DADEP, etc. When performing this verification, the technically viable properties were obtained and finally they were titled. The process continued with the hardest part of the process and was the digitization of the Mojones, boundaries and properties, apart from the entry of social and technical information into the GDB that would be used to carry out the massive drawings and GIS viabilities. at the end of the previous process, the mass printing of the plans and viabilities was carried out.
