Identificación de peligros, valoración de riesgos y determinación de controles en el Hotel Rancho JJ del Municipio de San Francisco

Abstract

The degree project entitled Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determination of Controls, aims to identify the hazards and assess the risks to which workers at the Rancho JJ Hotel may be exposed due to inadequate conditions in their workplaces. and allow the company to establish and apply control measures to prevent incidents, accidents at work and / or occupational diseases. The project has been prepared based on the Colombian Technical Guide GTC-45 which provides guidelines to identify hazards and assess risks in occupational health and safety. This methodology was developed at the Hotel Rancho JJ., A diagnosis of the activities carried out by the workers was first carried out, detailing in each of these the specific tasks, in this way the hazards to which the workers are exposed were identified. Subsequently, the information collected was reflected in a matrix, by means of which the risks were assessed, according to the guidelines established in GTC 45. In accordance with the results obtained, control measures were established to mitigate risks.
