Abstract

Management (QMS) to determine the current state of the company quantitatively in both systems, therefore an integration or compensation table is made of the items to be fulfilled by the company, a work plan to meet the pending requirements on the SG-SST and to adjust and integrate the requirements of the QMS with the SG-SST. Finally, the management policy for the GIS was adapted, the Integrated Management System manual was attached, the documentary control procedure for the GIS and the coding procedure for the GIS master list were created. Once the aforementioned was done, a comparative table was made in which the requirements of the QMS and the SG-SST that the company must comply with are compiled, how many are integrable, and how many requirements when making the unification the company must manage and /or adjust to comply with the SG-SST and how many must comply if they continue to individually develop the SG-SST; The above is a quantitative support of how reprocesses, economic resources and time would be minimized, which would represent an improvement in the organizational and strategic management of the company if it is finally decided to adopt this proposal
