Resumen
The objective of this internship report is to create the Sports Administration electronic document management system for high-quality accreditation. And that at the same time serve as degree work to achieve the title corresponding to Sports Administrator. In the first step, a query was made to the ISO 15489 standard that regulates the management of documents of the organizations that have produced them, whether public or private; this in order to standardize the SGDEAD manual (sports administration electronic document management system) in accordance with said standard. Given this, the functions manual of the curricular project was adapted to the ISO 15489 standard and to the Sigud (Integrated Management System of the District University), identifying the functions of each subcommittee and adjusting their respective document for the proper performance of the tasks and /or functions.
