Diseño del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo (sg-sst) para la Fundación Hogar Geriátrico San José de Suba - Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

This grade work was done based on the needs of the foundation which is a company dedicated to care activities for the elderly and / or disabled, this as a strategy for continuous improvement of internal processes, being the primary objective to design and document a management system for safety and health at work. The occupational safety and health management system is essential for the development of any economic activity, where the prevention of risks, accidents and occupational diseases that harm a group of people is taken into account, therefore, it is important to control and prevent various aspects within an organization, based on decree 1072 of 2015 and resolution 032 of 2019, it is characterized and stipulates the relevant documentation, pará a design that meets legal requirements and serves as a guide in the foundation; supporting the prevention and mitigation of potential risks inherent to the positions, providing a workplace with optimal conditions.
