Resumen
The present work has as purpose to present from the logical framework methodology, market, technical and financial studies and the conclusions of the investigation for the proposal of a content platform using captive portals in the Wi-Fi network for Shopping Centers, with the purpose of converting Wi-Fi networks into powerful tools for communication, loyalty, entertainment, research and market strategies and brand communication. The above, framed in the business opportunity presented by the Shopping Centers today to obtain real-time information about the client's perception during the stay, and thus start generating strategies based on proximity marketing, for which reason they should be to the vanguard and know the needs and habits of these. Also, take advantage of the technological boom of being connected to the internet is a clear need today for the millennial generation. This relationship can be exploited through a technological win-win, where the Shopping Center offers its visitors a Wi-Fi internet connection so that visitors can access free of charge from their mobile device, not only satisfying the need to be connected, but also generating value to the client presenting advertising of their interest, and as compensation the Shopping Center obtains first-hand information, reliable, accurate and in real time.
