Resumen
This research answers the question, how do children from the initial cycle inhabit the narrative world of Transmedia Production? To do this, it considers the ideas of Bruner (2004) about Narrative Thinking and Jenkin’s (2006) and Scolari´s statements (2008) about Transmedia. The study follows the Action Research methodology, focusing on the analysis of the process and the products created by the participants. The findings reveal that children construct their narrative world by means of direct experience with media, using the Transmedia phenomenon, as an intertextual element of semantic organization of the stories they consume and produce collaboratively. They concentrate their productions in describing their daily life, under the main references of family and school, in the context of relationships that emphasize love and friendship. The study concludes that today life experiences and the audiovisual dimension are integrated to generate new narrative expressions in students.
