he present research work arises from a personal concern of the research teachers to build a methodological proposal based on the interests of the community, which addresses specific daily problems and is managed from the construction of identity and the educational needs of the community, its context and the peculiarities that this trigger. The main objective was to generate a methodological proposal to strengthen the identity with the language and own knowledge in the Chaviva village of the municipality of Puerto López - Meta, this was achieved through a proposal structured in three (3) stages. Language (Kinesia, prosody, proxemia, theater pedagogy), Identity Geography, culture, history and biodiversity and Environment: Paper, cardboard, plastic, organic waste, all this in order to touch elementary points to develop a project relevant to the tastes and needs of the community. The theoretical references handled in this research are: Daros (2009) with identity as a right, Hall (1996) and identity as a never complete construction, together with Williams (1958) and his process of construction of individual and collective meanings; Participatory observation is what will direct the research through sensory contemplation, in the same way the field techniques used by the researchers were questionnaires, audiovisual and documentary records. Among the most important contributions of the research is the fact of consciously designing school curricula that address specific community and identity problems, linking the educational processes of the school with the everyday identity construction of each community becomes imperative when it comes to making meaningful the school experience in the life of each student, marking the difference between what is studied and the practical use that this knowledge becomes in a given context
