| dc.description | La imagen contiene una noticia sobre la Ordenanza 149 de 1851, por el cual se autoriza al gobernador a contratar de forma pública la instalación del alumbrado público en la ciudad de Bogotá utilizando gas. Se establece que el gobernador, junto con una junta, determinará el número de calles a iluminar, el número de luces por cuadra y otros detalles necesarios para llevar a cabo el proyecto. Además, se estipula que los propietarios de las casas ubicadas en las calles iluminadas contribuirán con una parte de los costos, y que la gobernación destinará una cantidad específica de fondos para auxiliar al contratista. | dc.description.abstract | The image contains news about Ordinance 149 of 1851, by which the governor is authorized to publicly contract the installation of public lighting in the city of Bogotá using gas.
