Abstract

This document focuses on addressing the issue of land tenure informality in the peasant area of the municipality of Inzá in the department of Cauca, Colombia, in collaboration with members and leaders of the Inzá Tierradentro Peasant Association (ACIT). It also proposes a strategy for constructing a procedure to identify these informalities and present them to national entities that can provide solutions to this problem. The research highlights the issues of excessive land fragmentation and lack of legal titles, which limit the community’s access to resources. Through a participatory and collaborative approach, the goal is to achieve a fairer distribution of land, provide tenure security, and support the rural population in sustainable land use and economic development.
