Resumen
The report presents an internship project focused on the optimization of the monthly inventory process of construction materials at the Kreato S.A.S. prefabricated plant. The previous method, carried out by the company Geotam S.A.S., was based on conventional topography with GNSS equipment, which implied a long manual process with risks for personnel, especially in measuring the rubble pile. The main objective was to improve data collection and volumetric calculation by integrating drone photogrammetry and GNSS-RTK technology. The new methodology designed included the use of photogrammetry for external material stacks, the implementation of a fixed base point to link surveys, the automation of tasks in Civil3D with LISP codes and the use of CAD templates to streamline report generation. As a result of a pilot test, the new methodology proved to be successful. A 50% reduction was achieved in the time of data collection in the field (from 4 to 2 hours) and a 54.5% reduction in the processing and delivery time of results (from 11 to 5 hours). Furthermore, the accuracy of stack representation was significantly improved, and risks to personnel during measurement were eliminated.
