Resumen
Children experiencing rapid growth during the first years of life, or early childhood, which affects their development the rest of life, so it is necessary to establish actions to promote this development and in turn mitigate the risks that are exposed. For this reason, their survival and guaranteeing the right to health is a priority in generating initiatives that contribute to the reduction of deaths from preventive and treatable diseases. The strategy for integrated prevalent diseases of IMCI childhood, developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, in order to prevent, treat and detect the diseases prevalent in infant mortality, through its components institutional, clinical and community.
