Desarrollo de una aplicación móvil usando la metodología scrum para realizar un registro del estado de seguridad en los que se encuentran los cajeros automáticos

Abstract

In this paper a solution is proposed to support the security of ATMs, since there has been a high rate of citizens who constantly distrust ATMs, due to their repeated incidents and developments in the face of acts of vandalism, due to this reason and with the objective of providing a contribution to the surveillance companies, a mobile application is presented which allows obtaining information of the inspections of the drivers online, being more accurate and with photographic support, this information can be visualized on a platform web anywhere in the city. Additionally, there is the online tracking or location of users who use the application and thus request assistance from the different ATMs where an inspection is desired, generating it from the web platform and executed from the mobile application. The records sent from different parts of the city of Bogotá and surrounding areas are reflected along with the times of reception and response of the requests sent
