Criterios e indicadores de evaluación aplicados a la estrategia ecoescuela-car: exploración de una propuesta para fortalecer las dimensiones gestión pedagógica, gestión ambiental, entorno local y comunidad educativa

Resumen
The objective of this research is to design a proposal of criteria and indicators applied to the Ecoescuela-CAR strategy, which allows to strengthen the dimensions: pedagogical management, environmental management, local environment and educational community; a comparative documentary review and analysis of the characteristics and methodologies of evaluation in Ecoescuelas in the international arena was carried out and an evaluation protocol was proposed as a proposal for the application of contextualized criteria and indicators to the institutions addressed under the strategy. Due to the limitations and reductionist representations of the evaluation that is not made from a holistic, integral and systemic process, there is a need to evaluate the ecoescuela strategy led by the Autonomous Regional Corporation of Cundinamarca-CAR under a systemic perspective. Within the concepts addressed was the sustainability and education for sustainability that guide the educational task and motivate it to critical thinking for the generation of sustainable alternatives; as well as the state of the art of the main approaches of Ecoescuelas in the world and its characteristics.The implemented methodology was structured under the qualitative approach and based on the documentary analysis based on the state of the art, in the framework of which the different models and approaches of Ecoescuelas were identified, prioritizing those with the greatest impact in the international arena, comparing the more representative approaches and models of Ecoescuelas and established the criteria and evaluative indicators implemented in each of the countries and those that emerged as a result of external investigations; Finally, and as a result of the determination of the Jaccard index, 5 criteria were consolidated and a battery of 104 indicators of greater association and similarity with the Ecoescuela-CAR strategy to obtain a proposal for an evaluative protocol.
