Abstract

In the first instance, an engineering proposal of methods and times was designed where the the construction of a diagnosis of the activities currently developed, with the help of graphic tools implementation and the construction of a plant distribution, which objective is to know the mistakes in the process and likewise give a solution to them, and accomplish the objectives set To search and solve all the problems with the help of the proposal planted, in addition to the execution and structuring of conditions that are respectively and have to do with the Engineering of Methods and Times, obtaining an efficient and optimal performance in all the senses covered in the organization above.
