Resumen
The Tutoring for Learning and Integral Formation Program (PTAFI 3.0) of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) is a volunteer program that convenes students from higher education institutions in the country with the intention of combating the difficulties and educational gaps left by the COVID 19 pandemic, especially in the rural and most vulnerable areas of the Colombian territory. This report presents the experiences acquired through the participation in this program in the period 2024-1, from April to June, in the territory of Ventaquemada Boyacá. Aspects such as the importance of arts education in school, human development and the restorative profession are considered. The results achieved with the implementation of the Centre of Artistic Interest as a key methodology to promote the achievement of a comprehensive education, the commitment of the educational community and to help the school to be an epicentre of culture and social development are reported. Also mentioned are aspects such as the importance of programs with the characteristics of PTAFI, which have the purpose of combating those social and educational gaps that have had an impact beyond the COVID 19 contingency.
