Intervención sistémica en la cadena de valor para formulación del direccionamiento estratégico en la empresa Transportes Dorados

Abstract

The development of this degree work focused on the company TRANSPORTES DORADOS DE COLOMBIA SAS. The project arose from the organization's need to optimize its operations through the formulation of a strategic planning with a view to achieve continuous improvement and ensure sustained growth in the transportation sector. The execution of the project was structured in three fundamental phases: Initial Diagnosis, Strategic Proposal and Improvement Proposals. The project was structured in a systematic way, starting with an exhaustive diagnosis, followed by the definition of a strategy aligned with internal objectives, and ending with concrete and viable improvement proposals for the continuous growth and development of TRANSPORTES DORADOS DE COLOMBIA SAS in the transportation sector.
