Abstract

This work was proposed, in order to model, structure and implement a spatial database of the fiscal properties of the municipality of Soacha Cundinamarca, since the management of this type of property has been carried out by the General Secretary of the same, compiling information through different alphanumeric bases, where the data that is known about these properties rest, without any level of uniformity or rigor. The verifications corresponding to the existing information were carried out, looking for gaps and inconsistencies, using tools designed for the management of municipal information, both at the spatial and legal level, thus achieving the structure of a spatial database, organized under existing regulations at the national level. national, complying with interoperability parameters. As a result of the work carried out, a spatial database of the fiscal properties of the municipality of Soacha is obtained, which was modeled, structured and implemented, taking into account technical and legal criteria, close to the cadastre - registry interrelationship, It also manages to generate a list of observations and recommendations addressed to the municipal administration, focused on the optimal management of information, which, if taken into account, will become support tools for decision-making at the territorial level for the community.
