Abstract

In the development of System Web Management information resource library IED EL RODEO, it was taken into account to allow access to the entire educational community to the relevant materials that the library has available information. This access can be done from anywhere, allowing each member institution participating in the facilities and benefits of the system. Taking into account the phases and iterations described in the methodology used (RUP). He allowed a guideline for the development of Web information system, as this methodology is recognized to take control development project that has stages that are well defined in both the provision and the purpose of its stages, ensuring a clear order from the beginning to the end of the project development. The system was developed with a good structuring of the project for which was used the MVC pattern, which is used by the Framework Codeigniter. Also using new standards in Web development as resposive Disign or adaptive design with Bootstrap Framework and Less sheet language style.
