Resumen
Taking into account the current conditions of environmental issues in Bogotá and specifically the situation of the water resource, the idea of generating an alternative of a preventive nature arises, in order to generate a potential cultural change in the capital population regarding habits and behaviors necessary to contribute with the mitigation of the environmental impacts generated to the water resource in the city of Bogotá. This alternative is established in the general objective of this work, in addition to considering the current situation of the water resource, in turn takes into account the change in the dynamics of both teaching and learning that are carried out at the present time. To say, the environmental education methodological guide is a virtual one due to the wide range of possibilities that technology possesses to carry a specific message to a larger population.
